Blueberry Muffin Bread

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 25-30 minutes (average time 27 minutes)

Ingredients:

1 package Better Crocker Blueberry Muffin Mix

2/3 cup water

1/3 cup vegetable oil

2 eggs

Can of blueberries (from mix)

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together muffin mix, water, oil and eggs until just blended. Drain and rinse blueberries and then gently fold into batter. Grease medium-sized glass baking dish and pour in batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes, rotating the pan once around 20 minutes, baking another 5 minutes and then baking in additional 1-2 minute increments as needed until a knife stuck in the center comes out clean and the bread springs back a bit when pushed down.
